Meeting Process:

Initial Conversation: Our first visit is a complimentary 30-45 minute phone or zoom meeting. In this visit we will get to know each other and determine if there is a good fit and how we might be able to help.

Get Organized: Our next visit is typically 1-1.5 hours. Prior to this meeting you will receive an inventory of the documents we will need to begin building your plan. We will discuss your goals and needs in greater detail and begin building your vision.

Initial Plan: In this meeting we will begin reviewing your initial plan with a focus on the items that are most important to you. We will begin to make recommendations and craft a strategy for implementation. After this meeting we encourage you to review your plan and implementation options.

Getting Started: This is the meeting where we begin implementing your plan. We will focus on the tools and adjustments we need to make to get you on the path to success.

45 Day Review: It’s time for a check in. In this visit we will review the implementation steps and make sure you are on the right track.

Semi-Annual Reviews: We typically schedule review meetings in the spring and fall. Please see our services calendar for the meeting content.
